Pounds for Pediatric Cancer

Pounds for Pediatric Cancer
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
This is an idea I cooked up while pondering fund raising ideas and trying to slip my overly sized butt into my too small favorite jeans. Do you want to participate? Here are the guidelines:
1. Pick a goal. I want to lose 130 pounds.
2. Pick an amount of money you want to donate for each pound lost. I have chosen $2 a pound.
So in the end, I would have donated $260.
3. Choose an organization that supports Pediatric Cancer research. I have chosen the Tuesday
Whitt Memorial Fund.
4. Post the button on your blog below in your blogs sidebar
5. Every week, or month do an official weigh in. I'm doing mine every month (for a hopefully
bigger impact)
6. Choose how often you will send money ( I am doing mine when I do my monthly weigh ins)
7. Comment on my newest blog post, and tell me to check out your blog and your weight loss
success. I will try to get Mr. Linky working, but right now it isn't cooperating.
Now, let me get the ball rolling. I am ...
255lbs as of yesterday. I started my diet yesterday. Successfully.
You go.
